Booking Terms and Conditions





A non returnable deposit of 25% per week is payable on confirmation of booking . The balance is due not less than 28 days prior to your arrival. In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let, but if a substitute tenant cannot be found your deposit will not be returned. However, the deposit is the limit of your liability. If you have paid for your holiday in full 75% of the amount received will be refunded.

Should you have to cancel your holiday, you must telephone us first, and follow this with a written confirmation by first class mail.


To allow us time to prepare your accommodation to our high standard, it is requested that you time your arrival to around 4 p.m. and vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.


The property will be in a clean condition on your arrival and tenants are requested to leave it in a like condition.


Dogs are welcome in Mill cottage and the caravan but please keep them off the furniture and beds and do not leave them alone at any time.

 All our properties have a NO SMOKING policy.

Owners Liability

No responsibility is accepted by the landlords for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises, or whilst engaged in any therefrom, or from any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.

The booking is made on the understanding that the property will be placed at your disposal on the date stated.
Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g. fire,theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation, in which case the booking deposit will be returned to you in full, but you will have no claim against the owner or agent.
